Our Promise To You

Keeping you our customers and our staff safe through this time is our main priority by adhering to covid secure guidelines you can assure when visiting the salon the following will be adhered to

• Upon Arrival and Departure only ONE member of staff will be present in reception.

• Our waiting area is available ONLY when social distancing can be maintained. ( max one customer per time - this area will be closed off for 15 minutes after each use for cleaning purposes )

• On arrival the door maybe locked if you arrive early to your appointment - please rest assured we will only be a few moments we are just sanitising the salon ready for your arrival.

• You will notice several contact free sanitising stations in every room of the salon for you to use throughout your appointments, on arrival and again on departure. Our first one being on reception - please if you wish to wear gloves throughout your appointment you may, however we will provide you with a new sterile pair upon entry after sanitising .

• We have applied additional time before and after each appointment so we can close down the treatment rooms after each use to - wipe all surfaces including door handles, light switches, handrails, nail lamps etc with surgical spirit, sterilise all tools allowing them to return to barbicide, disinfect all chairs and beauty beds, change bedding and Towels, along with moping the floors.

**All bedding is bagged and washed after every use at 60’c
**All disposable waste is taken out of the room after every treatment and disposed off immediately

• We have introduced boxes into each treatment room for your belongings these will be sealed throughout your appointments and opened for you at the end of your treatment.

• Our Toilets are open to use throughout your treatment - please rest assured we have placed paper towels instead of flannels and our facilities are cleaned after every single use as the treatment rooms.

• Our staff will be in Full PPE including - face visors , gloves, aprons, masks and hair tied back.

All PPE is changed after every customer - if reusable this is cleaned thoroughly with disinfectant and surgical spirit.
Staff uniform is washed after every day at 60’c

• For extra safety to all our customers and staff we have installed acrylic screens to reception and our nail desk
